Shen Yue was born on February 27, 1997 in Wugang City, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province. She graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication at Hunan Normal University and is a mainland Chinese actress.

In 2016, Shen Yue entered the entertainment industry with the sci-fi costume web drama "Trembling, Abe.

In 2017, Shen Yue first starred in the youth campus web drama "To Our Simple Little Beauty", which premiered and became well-known to the audience for her role as the energetic girl Chen Xiaoxi.
